The Golden Eagle Education Foundation Mentor Program, established in 1996, aims to help students reach their maximum potential. The Mentoring Program is a school and community-based initiative, providing students in grades K-12 of Fountain Hills Unified School District the opportunity to work one-on-one with trained adult mentors. Many mentors are eagerly awaiting to assist K-12 students! The front office staff collaborates with your child’s teachers to determine the best time for them to meet with their hand-picked mentor for 30-60 minutes once a week for most of the school year. Once matched, the mentor and your child will meet in a quiet location on campus such as the library or team room. This is a great opportunity for your child to be a part of this wonderful program. Golden Eagle Education Foundation provides security background checks and training for all volunteers. Mentors are available for any student with any academic learning needs.
